Refund Policy

5 Star Sports Does Not Provide Refunds

If you register for a 5 Star League, Program, or Event and decided to cancel, withdraw or not participate, 5 Star Sports WILL NOT  issue a refund. This is to ensure other participants are not affected. Tournament registration have a few exceptions, please see tournament section below.


3rd Party Registration

If you registered through another organization, please contact that organization directly about their refund policy. We will not provide refunds on behalf of another organization


League Delay/Postponement

If a season is delayed or postponed and you are unable to play the new schedule you can request a credit for a future season. We will not issue a refund for season delays


League Cancellation 

If a season is canceled by 5 Star Sports League then 5 Star Sports will provide a full refund. However,  if your shirt has been ordered a $10 fee will be deducted for the cost of your shirt because they are personalized for each player and can n not be reused. You will be able to pick up your shirt from your Team Captain.

Tournaments

ALL DEPOSITS FOR TOURNAMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE PERIOD! Once you have paid full registration is paid, refunds for withdrawals can be requested up to 16 days prior to the date of the tournament, MINUS THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT  PLUS A 10% administrative fee. You MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST VIA EMAIL AT: 5STARSPORTS@5STARYOUTHALLIANCEINC.ORG. Include, the team name, format, and method of payment. If refunded you will receive your refund in the same manner in ehich it was paid. Your email will be dated & time stamped to verify your request meets the requirements. Text, Voicemails, and Facebook Messages are not acceptable 

NO REFUNDS will be provide 15 days prior to the start of the tournament, unless the Entire Tournament is Cancelled.


Credits

If you or your child registered for a camp and are unable to attend the camp after registering, you can request that the registration fee be applied to a future 5 Star Sports League camp by calling 678-775-8667. The request will be reviewed by the Director of Operations and that decision is FINAL!

Exceptions

Some program locations may change after our promotional material has been distributed. 5 Star Sports will attempt to notify you of the change as soon as possible! If our change in location does not work with your schedule, you may request a credit for a future season. A refund will not be issued due to change of venire or time.


Service

At 5 Star Sports League we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone


IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR REFUND POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER.  WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE YOU DID NOT READ OUR POLICY IN ADVANCE.
